Yes,it is a scam.The Iraqi Dinar is a very weak currency.One could say that it is almost like the Middle Eastern equivilant of the Zimbabwean Dollar.

| Those packages of large amounts of Iraqi currency are a big-time scam. The Iraqi economy is very weak, and the get-rich-quick idea would only work if their economy makes a complete turnaround (not very likely). I always advise people NOT to buy those. Me, I just settled for one of each denomination for my collection. |
